Retreat checklist
If you are bringing your group to Alto Frio for a retreat, we have provided a simplified list to help you keep track of what you need to make your retreat a success.
- To book your retreat you will need
- A signed contract
- A deposit - a standard deposit is $20 per person attending
- Once your retreat is booked you will need to provide
- Conference room setups - 2 weeks before event
- Audio/visual requests - 2 weeks before event
- Event Schedule - 2 weeks before event
- Final numbers - 1 week before event
- Special dietary requests (allergies, gluten free, etc.) - 1 week before event
- Upon arrival you will need to provide
- Housing List - first and last name of each person in each room
- Final Payment
- Signed technology agreement (if using Alto Frio's A/V equipment)
- When leaving you will need to
- Return any room keys
- Gather any equipment, materials, or other items you brought
- Return rooms and conference spaces to original conditions
- DO NOT strip hotel beds
