Retreat checklist

If you are bringing your group to Alto Frio for a retreat, we have provided a simplified list to help you keep track of what you need to make your retreat a success.
  1. To book your retreat you will need
    1. A signed contract
    2. A deposit - a standard deposit is $20 per person attending
  2. Once your retreat is booked you will need to provide
    1. Conference room setups - 2 weeks before event
    2. Audio/visual requests - 2 weeks before event
    3. Event Schedule - 2 weeks before event
    4. Final numbers - 1 week before event
    5. Special dietary requests (allergies, gluten free, etc.) - 1 week before event
  3. Upon arrival you will need to provide
    1. Housing List - first and last name of each person in each room
    2. Final Payment
    3. Signed technology agreement (if using Alto Frio's A/V equipment)
  4. When leaving you will need to
    1. Return any room keys
    2. Gather any equipment, materials, or other items you brought
    3. Return rooms and conference spaces to original conditions
    4. DO NOT strip hotel beds
