Camp Nurse
Seasonal

Applicants must be either a physician, registered nurse, licensed vocational nurse, or a person with an American Red Cross Emergency Response certificate, or its equivalent. 

The role of the Camp Nurse is to provide first aid care for campers/staff, overseeing the administration of medications to campers/staff, assessing and coordinating emergency medical response and collecting/maintaining camper medical forms.

Alto Frio compensates Summer Camp Nurses $650/week plus room and meals during the week.

Alto Frio offers extremely competitive pay, starting at $225/week for regular staff and $250/week for lifeguards, with opportunities for bonuses and raises. Housing is provided, and all meals served to guests in our dining hall are also open to staff. Volunteers

Alto Frio is always looking for retired individuals and couples that are looking for a place to serve. Must have own RV and be willing to volunteer at least 15 hours per week. No rent or hook-up fees. Meals provided when we are serving guests.
